You can optimize your content when writing your content and optimizing it on a content optimization tool.
Over 90% of businesses use content marketing strategy to connect with audiences, and around 4.5 million blog posts are published daily; This is why Google applies various ranking factors with the help of its algorithms to provide only the most relevant and reliable results to the search engines.
Content optimization is vital because it helps improve the relevance of your content, outperform competing content, and show your size.
What is content optimization?
Content optimization is the process you use to make your content search engine friendly and serve the intent of the search. Optimized content has a much better chance of ranking higher in search results. Higher rankings lead to more traffic, more sales, and additional earnings.
Content optimization includes keywords, meta descriptions, adding internal and external links, improving readability, and other optimization factors that we explain in the following lines.
What is a content optimizer tool?
The Content Optimizer is a powerful software tool that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to help website owners and creators optimize their written content for search engines like Google. The tool provides recommendations and suggestions to improve articles to increase their chances of ranking high in search engine results pages (SERPs).
Here you can write helpful content that competes on the first results pages, edit and improve an old article, and raise its score to outperform your competitors. This is a detailed explanation of how to do that:
Create a new article.
The tool's interface will appear as shown in the image; click on new project.
Type the name of the project, then click (Create).
You will find (New article), click on it, and fill in the data (title article, target keyword), i.e., the title of the article and the word you analyzed on the keyword analyzer to write about it. In the case of modifying an old article, fill in the URL page article field so that the tool pulls the content of the article into the editor.
Then press (Create) to start writing the article.
Write a new article.
You can write an article from scratch, as you can see in the following image:
- Toolbar: The content optimizer editor has a formatting toolbar, so you can format your topics and change fonts as you like, similar to the google docs editor.
- At the bottom, you will find the microphone tab; use it if you want to convert audio to text automatically. Just click on the microphone, and when the (Speak Now) message appears, start speaking, and it turns into written text, and after completion, edit and format it as you like.
- Below the editor: Here, as in the picture, you will find the number of words and letters of the article, the duration of reading the article, and the keyword you are writing about. You will also find a gear sign through which you can change the night mode today and vice versa.
- (Analyze) tab: it is used after you finish writing the essay; AI software analyzes the article to know whether the AI recognized the keyword.
- Crowns box: Here, you find the words that you should use in the article to get a high-quality article, and you will find that they are divided into four columns:
- (Not found): All words are found before writing.
- (Low): Words begin to move to it when writing and have a frequency rate. When the word repetition is completed, it moves to the Good field.
- Good: Here are the words used in the correct proportion throughout the article.
- (Overused): Here are the words that have been repeated at an exaggerated rate.
To raise the article's score, the field (Good) must be higher than (Not found).
Ensure that the (Overused) field contains words less than possible, in case it contains many words. Replace it with terms of the same meaning from (Not found) or (Low).
The first ten words must be in the (Good) field because this will help the artificial intelligence to identify your word quickly.
Keyword tags field
It contains tags related to the keyword, and titles that can be used within the article appear here and helps you get ideas for subheadings. But know that using keyword tags is undesirable and may have a negative effect if misused.
Keyword Tracking field
Here you can put four other keywords other than your target word, and you can track them and see if artificial intelligence has recognized them after analyzing the article (AI). Thus, you can target more than one word within the article.
Questions box
It gives you four important questions to use in your essay.
Category box
After you have finished writing and analyzing the article with (Analyze), you will know how intelligence knows the classification of the word. If it is the same classification found in the keyword analyzer analysis of your word, then you are on the right track.
Ranking Predictor box
It is also used after analyzing the article with (Analyze), which is essential in determining the words recognized by artificial intelligence in your writing. Your target word must be the first word in it so that you can compete easily and obtain a distinguished ranking in the search results.
Concept field
It is currently out of stock in the tool but will be available soon.
Essential points of the Content Optimizer:
- The score must be between (and 55_74) when writing the article.
- The percentage of the first ten words in the suggested words must be more than 85%.
- When analyzing an article with AI, intelligence must recognize your word first.
How to edit an old article with a content optimizer?
- Log in to GuinRank, and you may have to sign up for an account if you still need one.
- Go to the keyword analyzer tool, analyze the keyword, then put the article link to be modified in the injection tool, analyze the article score, and compare it with the "standard score".
- Open the Content Optimizer Tool editor, and you will see an option to enter the URL of the published article. Paste the link of the article you want to edit and click on the "fetch" button.
- The article will be pulled into the tool's editor, and the tool will then analyze the article and provide an assessment of its content, including the score and suggestions for improvement. Review the assessment and note any areas that need improvement.
- Make edits to the article: Make the necessary edits to improve its content. This may include adding more keywords, rephrasing sentences, or removing irrelevant content.
- Re-analyze the article: After making edits, re-analyze the article using the Content Optimizer tool to see if the result has improved and if any further improvements can be made.
- Post the edits: Once you are happy with the changes, post the edited article on the website or platform where it was previously posted.

How to optimize content for SEO?
Do you know that more is needed to create SEO content to appear in search engines? You must create high-quality content to attract organic traffic (i.e., that comes from search engines), adapt to search engines' guidelines, especially Google, and provide content that serves your users' search intent.
Here are some guidelines to keep in mind for optimizing your web content for SEO.
1. The title
Tags refer to them and must appear on all site pages and not be repeated on any of them. Likewise, it must be different from the text marked with labels.
It should be between 40 and 70 characters, extended with spaces and include some keywords. For search engines to evaluate it favourably, it is recommended that titles be informative and sterile and avoid playing with unusual words and terms.
2. Meta description
This text is the description next to the web link in the search results. It should be a maximum of 160 characters with spaces (if the text contains punctuation, then it should be no more than 150 characters), and it should include keywords (and, if possible, among the first words so that Google gives them more attention).
3. Subheadings
Like the title and meta description, these elements also determine the position of the web. To positively influence this aspect, it is appropriate that they appear hierarchically.
It must be at most 70 characters with spaces and some keywords included.
4. Body of the text
Although the minimum length should be 350 words, Google gives more value to those texts that exceed 1,000 words. In addition, this length introduces more keywords and their synonyms, which are also taken into account by search engines. In turn, a long article —as long as it is interesting— makes it possible to prolong the user's stay on the page and even reduce the bounce rate (that is, the percentage of Internet users who leave a website after having consulted a single web page), two factors that are taken into account by Google to determine if the content is of quality.
5. Internal links
Including internal links also helps reduce the bounce rate since it makes it easier for users to visit other web pages. In any case, for its effectiveness to be maximum, it is convenient to diversify the links so that they do not point to the same web page. In the same way, it is also worth using as anchor text (that is, the blue text on which you have to click), exact words or words related to the landing page's title.
6. Images
When optimizing images, it is convenient that they include some of the keywords for which the company tries to position itself in the secondary text or alt text (an HTML attribute associated with them). At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that the text accompanying the images has a keyword.
On the other hand, it is necessary to opt for quality images that can be seen well with a reduced format —which is achieved by choosing files with high contrast— and verify that the robots.txt file allows search engines to access the images. Likewise, it is also desirable that, if the rights to the photographs used are held, users are authorized to use them free of charge, as long as they include a link to the web page from which they were extracted.
7. Videos
According to a study carried out by the PR Newswire agency, including videos on a web page increases the number of visits to it by 48%. However, for these multimedia resources to be detected by search engine crawlers or bots, it is advisable to follow a series of guidelines, such as writing a good description that includes keywords. It is also necessary to have a title and an alt text tag (if possible, with a keyword and text similar to the page title). Also, it should come from its channel if it is a YouTube video.
8. URL
You have to avoid editing the text in the URL, including keywords and ignoring those words that do not add value to SEO, such as prepositions or conjunctions.
This is just a small summary of all the aspects that must be considered to help improve web positioning.
